By accessing and using the BR Online Services website and our Android application ("SMSPro / BR Online Responses"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this app.
BR Online Services provides a SaaS platform allowing users to track incoming, outgoing, and missed calls on their Android devices and automatically send pre-configured SMS or WhatsApp responses utilizing their carrier plans.
You agree to use this App only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for compliance with any laws, rules, and regulations regarding SMS marketing, telecommunications, and anti-spam legislation in your jurisdiction.
Accounts may require a subscription tier based on volume limits. Overuse of your limits may result in temporary suspension of outbound routing until the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
